  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During new launches or sales, processing times may be slightly extended—but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your carrier and location.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, Avenue 222 Boutique is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

  • If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Avenue 222 Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
